Research Interests

1. 01Novel synthesis and functionalization of nanomaterials for multi-modal physical/chemical sensing and energy-harvesting applications.
2. 02Polymer-based multifunctional composites and electrospun polymer nanofiber platforms (e.g., PAN electrospinning-enabled piezoelectric devices) for flexible sensing/harvesting, robotics integration, and surgical training/medical simulation.
3. 03Development of SPM-based nano-metrologies enabling multi-physical and chemical property mapping for energy, environment, and robotics applications.
4. 04Mechanics-based and multiphysics simulation/modeling to connect structure–property–performance relationships and guide materials/device design.
